You get an instant email confirmation and a US-style invoice, and we can provide a W-8BEN-E for your records. Larger engagements are invoiced in USD and can also be paid by ACH or wire.

Clear policy: before work starts (typically 24-48 hours after purchase) you can request a 100% refund, no questions asked. Once work has started, the refund depends on the product: Diagnostics carry a specific guarantee (if we don't deliver what we promised, full refund). Brand Sprint and Landing / One-Pager are eligible for a 70% refund if you cancel in the first 2 days of work. After day 3 refunds no longer apply, but we hand over the work in progress.

Because we're senior-led and don't run on mass templates, each product gets real studio attention, so the calendar fills up. If your preferred start week is full, we tell you at checkout and book you into the next available slot.

Yes, and we recommend it. The most common combo: Brand Sprint + Landing / One-Pager = $8,800 (you save $500 vs buying them separately). We deliver the brand first (5 days), then the landing using your new identity (7 additional days). Total: about 12 business days for a complete brand identity plus digital presence.

Each product has a fixed, published scope and defined deliverables, so there are no surprises. The Landing / One-Pager, for example, is one page on a studio template — no custom animations and no complex integrations (CRM, ERP). If you need something outside that scope, we tell you before we start and give you two options: (1) adjust your request to the original scope, or (2) upgrade to a custom-quoted engagement, in which case we credit what you've already paid toward the new price.

Yes. Each product includes specific support: Diagnostics = 30 days for questions about the report. Brand Sprint = 14 days of minor tweaks at no cost. Landing / One-Pager = first year of hosting included + basic technical support (server errors, not content changes). After that you can add a monthly care retainer from $1,500/mo.
