We're not an agency.
We're a studio.

We build products, not slide decks. We sell outcomes, not hours. We work in weeks, not months. And before we take a project on, we think first.

PRODUCT STUDIO / MEXICO CITY · US HOURS / SAPI DE CV / ESTABLISHED 2026

What we're NOT,
and what we ARE.

How we think.

Every product, technical and commercial decision runs through these four principles. When there's doubt, they win — not opinion, not whatever's trending this quarter.

PRINCIPLE 01
Product over process
Process exists to serve the product, not the other way around. If a methodology doesn't speed up what we deliver to the client, we drop it. That's why we don't run strict Scrum, don't write user stories in Jira, don't hold weekly retros. We do what the project needs — sometimes that's simple Kanban, sometimes it's just a well-organized GitHub.
PRINCIPLE 02
Code over configuration
No-code tools look like magic until they don't. The moment a client needs to scale, switch a vendor or integrate something complex, SaaS platforms and visual builders turn into cages. That's why we reach for code every time. It costs more up front but gives you permanent freedom.
PRINCIPLE 03
Your business over our ego
Some studios design for their portfolio, not for clients. They build sites that are award-bait but unusable for the end user. We prioritize what moves the needle for your business: conversions, clarity, speed. If your business needs a "boring" but functional site, that's what we build. Ego doesn't pay the bills.
PRINCIPLE 04
Honesty over the sale
If you're better off NOT buying Internal Tools and sticking with Notion, we'll tell you. If your current site is fine and you just need SEO, we'll tell you. If your platform idea has no market, we'll tell you that too. We make less in the short term, but we build long-term trust that comes back multiplied in referrals.

What we believe about tech, design and business.

Decisions we make consistently because they come from deep convictions, not trends. The left is what we reject by default. The right is where we stand.

// TECH
The framework of the month
A mature, open, maintainable stack. React, Postgres, Linux. Technologies with 10+ years of track record and active communities.
// DESIGN
Animations that distract
Design that gets out of the way. Clean typography, clear hierarchy, microinteractions with a purpose. The user knows what to do in 5 seconds.
// PROCESS
18-month roadmaps
1-2 week sprints with tangible deliverables. If we can't show progress every week, something's wrong with the plan, not the timeline.
// QUALITY
Vanity metrics (likes, views)
Metrics that move money: conversion, retention, load time, cost per acquisition, measurable ROI.
// DATA
Vendor lock-in in disguise
Your data is yours, exportable and portable. If you switch vendors or teams tomorrow, the data travels with you in standard formats (CSV, JSON, SQL).
// PRIVACY
Invasive tracking out of habit
Cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible). Compliant by default, no consent circus. Your site doesn't need a 2018-style cookie banner.
// BUSINESS
Growth at any cost
Sustainable growth with the right clients. We'd rather have 12 excellent clients a year than 40 that create operational chaos.

How we work differently.

Operating details that change everything. If you've worked with agencies before, you'll feel the contrast — and you'll be surprised by how simple it feels.

We say yes and we say no.

Not every project makes it onto our radar. We take on a handful of clients a year because we want to ship excellent work — not pile on projects to stay afloat. These are the real filters we apply before we quote.

// WE SAY NO IF...
  • You want to pay below the quoted range because "it's just a website"
  • You need it "yesterday" without a budget to match
  • You're looking to replace an agency you parted ways with badly
  • Your idea has no validated market yet but you want to bet everything
  • You refuse to share your metrics or real numbers
  • Your product enables scams, lies or harm to users
// WE SAY YES IF...
  • You have a business in operation (real revenue or funding closed)
  • You understand that quality costs what it costs
  • You're willing to be an active sponsor of the project
  • You value code you own over rented solutions
  • You want to measure real results, not impressions
  • Your product creates honest value for the people who use it

From enterprise engineering
to an independent studio.

XX Disruptive Minds was born from an uncomfortable observation: businesses get software quotes that mark up the real cost of building it tenfold. A platform quoted at six months and tens of thousands of dollars can be delivered in twelve days with the right stack and real focus.

Before XXDM, the studio's founder worked at the heart of large enterprises as a backend developer in SAP environments and enterprise architecture. He saw up close how software projects end up costing ten times more thanks to processes designed to justify billing, not to accelerate delivery.

If a global enterprise ships complete SAP modules in weeks with small teams, why does a small business pay six months for a landing page?

The answer was structural: most agencies run big-organization overhead on top of small projects. Ten people passing tickets around, two months of "digital strategy" in PowerPoint, three rounds of approval to change a color. All of it gets billed.

XXDM exists to break that model. A small, specialized team, a modern and maintainable stack, a one-week sales cycle, delivery measured in weeks not months. Same quality, fair cost, code you own.

Today the studio operates from Mexico City as a SAPI de CV, on US Central hours, bills from day one, serves clients across diverse sectors (finance, real estate, logistics, consulting) and keeps three platforms in active production with high uptime (SLA per the plan you're on). The plan isn't to grow in size — it's to grow in impact per project.

If we think alike, let's talk.

We don't sell to everyone. But if what you just read resonates, our way of working probably does too. Book a free 30-minute call — no commitment, no 80-page proposal.
